Qualification Requirements

Bachelor's degree relevant to the job

Minimum Experience /Training Requirements

At least three (3) to four (4) years relevant experience

At least 16 to 24 hours relevant training

CSC (Professional) 2nd Level Eligibility

Duties:

a. Document, develop, recommend, maintain, monitor, and evaluate corporate policies, guidelines, and procedures, in close collaboration with SBCorp units and stakeholders, to help ensure effective and efficient implementation of loan programs and related support systems as part of the efforts to attain the Corporate vision, mission, and objectives;

b. Conduct strategic research to provide research-based information as inputs to decision making, including those on recent developments and forward-looking industry practices in the provision of MSME financing;

c. Assist in translating relevant regulatory and legal requirements into corporate policies, guidelines, procedures, and/or systems to help ensure SBCorp compliance on the same;

d. Assist in ensuring that information made available to the public regarding loan programs/facilities, including presentations of officers and those indicated in the SBCorp website, are accurate and consistent with approved policies, guidelines, and procedures;

e. Develop and maintain documentations of corporate policies, guidelines, and procedures on loan programs/facilities, including those for manualization;

f. Assist in addressing concerns related to the implementation of loan policies, guidelines, and procedures;

g. Help in the provision of assistance and guidance to more junior personnel of the Business Process and Methods Unit; and

h. Perform all other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php40, Php65,319.00 per month
