Job Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 2-3 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) is a plus.
  • Experience configuring and using planning solutions (e.g., Anaplan, Workday Adaptive Planning, Oracle Hyperion Planning) is a plus.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to perform in-depth financial analysis.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and experience with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense / QlikView, and Google Data Studio / Looker.
  • Knowledge of financial modeling, data visualization, and analysis tools.
  • Ability to configure and customize planning models within planning solutions.
  • Experience with business process mapping tools such as Visio or Lucidchart.

Job Description:

  • Strategic Leadership

  • Support Planning Solution Architects by providing insights based on client discussions and the model's analysis.

  • Implement guidelines and initiatives set by the ETS Managing Director.

  • Service Operations

  • Analyze business processes to develop effective and stable planning models.

  • Complete required training and certifications for planning solutions.
  • Ensure timely delivery of work, meeting committed deadlines.

  • Stakeholder & Customer Engagement

  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and business unit leaders.

  • Collaborate with other Planning Specialists and Solution Architects to exchange ideas and insights.

  • People & Team Management

  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and customer-centricity within the team.

  • Participate in team engagement activities and contribute to a positive work environment.

  • Pre-sales & Sales Support

  • Assist in pre-sales activities by providing input on the scope of work and estimated project timelines.

  • Learn about technology partners' solutions to identify how they fit into client business processes.

  • Financial Management

  • Update billable hours on time to ensure accurate tracking of project costs.

  • Risk & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with internal project controls, including security policies.

  • Proactively raise potential risks and issues that may affect the timely delivery of the project.
