What you'll be doing

  • Manage and supervise construction activities at the project site
  • Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to coordinate project activities
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
  • Monitor project progress and identify and resolve any issues or delays
  • Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including reports, plans, and schedules
  • Collaborate with the design team to address any technical challenges or design changes
  • Provide on-site support and guidance to the construction team
  • Participate in project planning, budgeting, and cost control activities

What we're looking for

  • Degree in Civil Engineering preferably with License
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Project Site Engineer
  • Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from inception to completion
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction materials, methods, and equipment
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and contract documents
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders
  • Familiarity with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments
