I. Duties and Responsibilities

A. Specific Role

1. Encodes patient records and results in Clinic Information System (CIMS).

2. Proofreads patient records and results for grammatical and typing errors.

3. Complies with specific standards applicable to the style of medical records and legal/ethical requirements for keeping patient information confidential.

4. Receives and reviews patient records and other supporting documentation for accuracy.

5. Coordinates and communicates with other clinic staff regarding unclear or insufficient records/results in a timely manner.

6. Performs record audits, if needed.

7. Ensures completeness of results released daily.

8. Verifies accuracy of patient results uploaded into the website.

9. Informs the supervisor of any issues with equipment or software.

10. Assists in improving the department's operational efficiency.

11. Performs additional tasks as requested by the department.

B. General Duties

1. Fulfills the company's set KPIs.

2. Ensures completeness of assigned reports and deliverables.

3. Follows operational safety and health regulations in the workplace.

4. Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related results when needed.

5. Adheres to company policies.

6. Performs other tasks as instructed by the supervisor.

II. Required Skills and Competencies

A. Experience and Expertise

1. Must be a Filipino citizen and a resident of the Philippines.

2. Graduate of any 4-year Computer Science / Medical Course.

3. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

B. Personal Characteristics

a. Detail-oriented and committed to ensuring patient confidentiality

b. Excellent typing skills (at least 45 words per minute)

c. Working knowledge of medical jargon and anatomy preferred

d. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

e. Strong problem-solving abilities

f. Good team player with solid coordination and communication skills

g. Willing to work overtime or flexible hours

h. Highly attentive to detail

i. Can work well under pressure and adapt easily

j. Proactive and takes initiative

k. Upholds strong moral values

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19, Php23,000.00 per month
