The Medical Encoder oversees daily clinic operations, generates recruitment leads, and ensures that the clinic management team works efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Encode patient records, including laboratory result values, prescriptions, and receipts, with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the patient database
  • Identify and flag outliers or potential data issues for review
  • Ensure that all documents are encoded accurately, as they play a vital role in informing patient treatment plans and supporting medical professionals
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless data management

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, including Google Sheets and Google Docs
  • Preferably with 1-2 years of experience in data encoding or a related field
  • Must work onsite in Makati
  • Open to fresh graduates and experienced professionals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php22,000.00 per month
