  • MATERIAL REQUISITION AND ISSUE SLIP (MRIS) ENCODER
  • Encodes Material Requisition and Issue Slip and prepares weekly summary report.
  • Receives Expense or Stock Requisition from the Stock Control Clerk for encoding in the hospital computer system.
  • Prints out Issuance Slip and endorses it to the Stock Control Clerk for rechecking of stocks.
  • Edits or makes adjustments on Issuance Slips for erroneous quantity.
  • Prepares weekly Summary of Issuances and endorses it to Inventory and Cost Section.
  • Prepares weekly Dietary Wet Market Summary and forwards it to the Accounting Department for payment processing.
  • Periodically reviews the perpetual inventory and issues out items not maintained in the Main Warehouse.
  • Must be a graduate of any four-year business course or other related courses.
