Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyze financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support business planning
  • Monitor and evaluate company performance through variance analysis and KPI tracking
  • Provide timely financial reports, dashboards, and management presentations
  • Support strategic initiatives through cost-benefit analysis and scenario modeling
  • Assist in annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial planning
  • Coordinate with accounting, operations, and other departments to ensure data accuracy
  • Utilize SAP, Excel, and other financial tools to generate insights and improve reporting efficiency
  • Identify risks, opportunities, and areas for cost optimization
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and ethical standards

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field
  • CPA license is preferred
  • 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a managerial or senior analyst role
  • Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and performance tracking
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, with working knowledge of SAP and other financial systems
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Team-oriented professional with high integrity and accountability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php45, Php60,000.00 per month
