About the role

Sakara Incorporated (OnlyFries) is seeking a part-time Sauce & Prep Cook to join our growing team in Paranaque City, Metro Manila. You will be responsible for preparing our signature sauces and hand-cut fries that define the OnlyFries experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in the kitchen, has good attention to detail, and takes pride in consistency and quality.

What you'll be doing

  • Preparing and cooking a variety of dipping sauces following established recipes
  • Washing, peeling, and cutting potatoes into uniform fries for freezing and delivery
  • Organizing and labeling ingredients, maintaining freshness and food safety standards
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen workspace
  • Coordinating with management on ingredient needs and production targets
  • Ensuring all prep work meets OnlyFries' quality and portion standards

What we're looking for

  • Previous kitchen or food preparation experience preferred (restaurant or commissary)
  • Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and consistency
  • Ability to follow recipes and work efficiently without constant supervision
  • Punctual, reliable, and able to manage time well
  • Resides near or can easily commute to Paranaque City
  • Available to work part-time (2–4 days per week, daytime hours)
