OB DESCRIPTION:

· Arriving at collection points prior to departure times.

· Transport passengers to and from location in a safe and timely manner.

· Assist passengers with loading and unloading of luggage and other items.

· Ensuring adherence to passenger limits in seated capacity.

· Avoiding high-traffic and accident-prone routes, where possible.

· Separating physical fights and calming verbal altercations, as needed.

· Recording and reporting all minor and major accidents and incidents to your supervisor.

· Maintain cleanliness and safety of the shuttle vehicle.

· Conduct regular inspections of the Vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.

· Report any vehicle malfunctions or maintenance needs to the appropriate department.

· Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving the shuttle vehicle.

· Provide excellent customer service to passengers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have

· Perform other duties as assigned by management.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

· Certified to transport individuals via shuttle service.

· Valid driver's license, clean driving record.

· Ability to operate a passenger van or shuttle bus.

· Outstanding knowledge of applicable transport and safety codes.

· Good communication skills.

· Excellent route planning abilities.

· Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

· Working knowledge of pertinent car maintenance and restoration techniques.

· Ability to handle cash and make change.
