Job Responsibilities

  • Generates and processes all official sales documents, including Sales Invoices (SI), all Delivery Receipts (DRs), Proforma Invoices, and the Statement of Withdrawal and Acceptance (SWA).
  • Handles all adjustments by accurately processing Credit Memos (CM) and Debit Memos (DM).
  • Ensures BIR compliance by creating and managing the required Withdrawal Certificates.
  • Maintains documentation archive through systematic scanning, renaming, segregation, filing, and preparation of documents for transmittal.
  • Serves as the primary documentation liaison by sending advance delivery copies to customers and promptly resolving all customer documentation concerns.

Job Qualifications

  • Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or other Business related Courses.
  • With previous experience in related field.
  • Should be keen on details and deadlines, resourceful, a good team player and good customer service.
  • Proficient in computer and business communication(data accuracy).
  • Lives near Biñan City, Laguna.

Compensation & Benefits

The successful candidate shall receive the following:

  • Working schedule (Monday to Friday)
