We are seeking a senior sales leader to drive the overall sales strategy, distribution expansion, and business growth of a leading trust and investment management institution in the Philippines. This role is responsible for delivering revenue targets, managing distribution partners, expanding institutional accounts, and overseeing digital client onboarding capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership & Distribution Management

  • Lead the Sales Distribution & Support team in meeting sales and revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase product awareness, market penetration, and distributor engagement.
  • Set performance targets, provide coaching, and closely monitor distributor productivity.
  • Build and strengthen partnerships with agency and third-party distribution channels.

Direct Sales – Institutional Trust Clients

  • Grow the Direct Sales Channel for institutional accounts, ensuring sales volume and revenue goals are met.
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate, retail, and alternative distribution partners.
  • Manage service agreements, stakeholder expectations, and distributor compliance.

Digital Selling & Product Ownership

  • Serve as product owner of the online onboarding platform, ensuring its competitiveness, compliance, and usability.
  • Work with vendors and internal teams to optimize digital sales tools.

Cross-functional Leadership

  • Represent the Sales team in management committees and collaborate on product development, business operations, and marketing initiatives.
  • Lead the execution of audit, risk, and compliance action items related to sales and distribution.

Client Relationship Management

  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire, activate, and retain direct retail clients.
  • Analyze markets, identify opportunities, and recommend new initiatives to enhance client conversion and sales.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, economics, finance, or related fields.
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience in sales or marketing in trust banking, asset management, or financial services.
  • Strong background in distribution management, institutional sales, or investment product selling.
  • TIFP or UITF Certification (BSP) is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
