Automotive Technical Training Supervisor

Job Description:

  • Enhance Technical Training structure to dealer's service personnel
  • Produce Certified up to Master technicians for the Hyundai Dealer Network to achieve quality service and total Customer Satisfaction
  • Perform quarterly Performance Evaluation of In-house trainer, foreman and Technician
  • Supervised the New Dealer Training Assistance
  • Lead the Dealer On-site training
  • Organizing technical training report, weekly, monthly, quarterly or as needed
  • Supervised the logistic requirements of Technical Training Section
  • Compile all data and documents related to PC After Sales Training Operations
  • Supervised the HSTEP training for Warranty admin
  • Works closely with managers at all facilities to schedule training sessions
  • Compiles data and analyzes past and current year training requirements to prepare budgets and justify request for funds

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's Degree 

• 3-5 years experience of auto distributor aftersales

• Knowledgeable in technical training in automotive industry

•Excellent communication skill

• Willing to report onsite (BGC, Taguig City)

• Can start ASAP
