As a Technical Services Supervisor at B. Braun you will play a vital role in overseeing the operation of a team of technical staff, ensuring efficient technical support for the dialysis equipment supplied by the company to hospitals and free-standing dialysis centers. This role involves guidance, training, mentoring, coordinating technical activities, performance review and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency of the team.

Your key responsibilities:

• Oversees a team of technical staff to ensure efficient support for dialysis equipment in hospitals and dialysis centers.
• Manages maintenance schedules and ensures timely repair services in line with customer agreements.
• Ensures accurate and timely submission of service reports for compliance and internal tracking.
• Provides hands-on support and guidance in installation, repair, and maintenance of dialysis machines.
• Coaches team members in resolving complex technical issues and facilitates ongoing technical training.
• Handles staff scheduling, including work assignments, leave planning, and coverage for absences.
• Evaluates team performance, identifies development needs, and recommends training programs.
• Escalates unresolved technical issues to higher management or manufacturers to ensure timely resolution.

What you will bring to the team:

• Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Min 5 years' experience in servicing medical equipment, ideally within the dialysis or renal care industry, preferably with supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of dialysis machines and ancillary equipment operation, calibration, and maintenance procedures.
