About the Role

As an Entry-Level Financial Reporting Specialist, you will support the team in delivering accurate and timely financial reports. This role is based in Parañaque City, Metro Manila, and offers an excellent opportunity for CPAs who want to grow their skills and contribute to the continued success of Landers.


What You'll Do
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with accounting standards
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including account reconciliations and journal entries
  • Support the development and maintenance of financial models and forecasting tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and provide financial insights
  • Ensure timely completion of all financial reporting and regulatory compliance requirements
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve reporting processes

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – Required
  • Open to fresh graduates and those with 1–2 years of relevant experience
  • Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and reporting standards
  • Experience with SAP ECC is a plus but not required
  • Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office tools
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to interact professionally with senior management and cross-functional teams
