The Software Development Team Lead will oversee a cross-functional development team responsible for delivering features and enhancements to the Infor Enterprise Quoting application. This role combines project and people management responsibilities with minimal hands-on development using Enterprise Quoting Designer, ensuring the team consistently delivers high-quality software. The Team Lead will report to a Software Development Manager, ensuring priorities are clear, capacity is managed effectively, and delivery aligns with business objectives.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
  • Leading and mentoring the members of the scrum team. Includes performance management for each as well as compensation analysis.
  • Allocating tasks, managing workload, and ensuring project timelines are met.
  • Fostering and advocating PBM principles to the team.
  • Deep understanding and practical experience with Scrum principles and practices.
  • Facilitating Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
  • Working with other teams and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver value iteratively.
What You Will Need:
  • 7 total years of professional software development experience
  • 5 years in an engineer/developer role
  • 2 years in a team lead role
What Will Put You Ahead?
  • Proficiency in C# and .NET framework (including .NET Core/.NET 5 ).
  • Ability to review code, ensure quality standards, and provide technical guidance to the team.
  • Willingness to learn proprietary software development platform (Enterprise Quoting Designer)
