Liveware is a leading outsourcing company in the Philippines, committed to delivering high-quality service and success to clients across diverse industries. We're rapidly expanding and searching for driven, sales-focused Travel Agents to join our growing team in our modern Makati office.

Your Impact:

  • Design and book complex Round the World and multi-city itineraries.
  • Secure domestic and international flights and accommodation for Australian travelers.
  • Utilize Sabre GDS for intricate bookings, changes, refunds, and cancellations.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Manage amendments, cancellations, and refunds efficiently across various platforms.
  • Resolve booking issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate client profiles in CRM systems.

What You Bring:

  • At least 1 year Sabre GDS experience.
  • 2+ years in the travel industry with exceptional destination knowledge.
  • A strong desire to close sales and build lasting client relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Customer-centric approach with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to work onsite.

Bonus Points for: Travel sales experience, inbound call center experience, PowerSuite experience, and a Bachelor's degree.
