Job Description

The Full Stack Developer leads end-to-end software engineering initiatives, ensuring the development of secure, scalable, and high-performing applications that enable enterprise-wide operations. The role is responsible for designing architectures, integrating cross-functional systems, and embedding data governance requirements into engineering cycles. It ensures technical reliability through rigorous testing, automation, and performance monitoring. The role also supports workflow optimization by building internal tools, integrations, and customized solutions aligned with business priorities

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Full-Stack System Development & Architecture
  • Leads the design and development of user-friendly front-end interfaces and robust back-end services.
  • Translates business requirements into technical architectures and scalable system designs.
  • Develops APIs, integrations, and microservices supporting organization-wide platforms.
  • Optimize application performance, security, and reliability through best engineering practices.
  • Implements CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks for reliable deployments.
  • Monitors system performance, diagnoses issues, and implements long-term fixes.
  • Ensures streamlined release cycles through modern DevOps methodologies.
  • Collaborates with internal teams to define features, system behaviors, and project timelines.
  • Consolidates inputs from multiple departments to ensure technical alignment and feasibility.
  • Supports teams through customized dashboards, automations, and workflow tools.
  • Ensures compliance with data protection standards, including secure handling of system credentials, code repositories, and sensitive configurations.
  • Adheres to internal controls related to system access, deployment approvals, and production changes.
  • Identifies and escalates system vulnerabilities, risks, or breaches immediately to appropriate stakeholders.
  • Maintains accountability for the integrity and security of code, documentation, and automation scripts.
  • Ensures that engineering practices and implementations adhere to security, audit, and regulatory requirements.
