Full Stack Developer

The Full Stack Developer leads end-to-end software engineering initiatives, delivering secure, scalable, and high-performing applications to support enterprise-wide operations. This role involves designing system architectures, integrating cross-functional systems, implementing data governance, and building internal tools that optimize workflows. The developer ensures technical reliability through rigorous testing, automation, and performance monitoring while aligning solutions with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Full-Stack System Development & Architecture

• Design and develop user-friendly front-end interfaces and robust back-end services.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures.
• Build APIs, integrations, and microservices supporting organization-wide platforms.
• Optimize application performance, security, and reliability using engineering best practices.
  
  Metrics: System uptime %, Security compliance rate, % on-time delivery for development tasks

2. DevOps, Automation & Release Management

• Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement long-term fixes.
• Streamline release cycles with modern DevOps practices.
  
  Metrics: Deployment success rate %, Mean Time to Resolution (MTTR), Number of automation improvements implemented

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Requirements Engineering

• Work with internal teams to define features, system behaviors, and project timelines.
• Consolidate inputs across departments for technical alignment and feasibility.
• Support teams with dashboards, automations, and workflow tools.

4. Technical Documentation & Governance Compliance

• Prepare system specifications, deployment guides, and other technical documents.

5. Operational Optimization & Workflow Enhancement

• Develop internal tools to improve departmental productivity.

Qualifications:

Professional Experience:

• 5–7 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, ideally with enterprise-level systems.
