JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • The CAFE MANAGER is responsible for the day to day operations of the restaurant and making sure every standard set by the company from Food, Health, Safety, Sanitation and Cash handling are followed and the profitability of the store you are handling.
  • Directly Reports to the Operations Manager
  • Must be fully knowledgeable with the company policies and implement them 100% of the time.
  • Must be fully knowledgeable with the brand SOP's and implement them 100% of the time.
  • Must be fully knowledgeable with each and every detail of the Food Safety Audit and implement them 100% of the time.
  • Can perform in-store food safety audits and come up with action plans on how to address certain infractions within the Food Safety Audit.
  • Must be knowledgeable in understanding the P&L (Profit and Loss Statement)
  • Can come up with strategies on how to make your stores profitable.
  • Responsible for the weekly schedule making sure it is efficient to the needs of the store.
  • Has the ability to impose company rules and can take responsibility in giving proper action towards any negligence towards company standard by the staff.
  • In charge of Ordering Food & Non-Food stocks and Beverage items we have in the restaurant.
  • In charge of Store Inventory (Weekly, Mid-Month, and Monthly)

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in the same position or function is required
  • Highly analytical, strong customer service and leadership skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Willing to be assigned in BGC
