JOB PROFILE / REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: Bachelor's degree, preferably in a Business-related field.
- Experience: At least 2 to 3 years of experience in the banking industry, with a focus on processing loan applications for products such as credit cards, home loans, auto loans, and personal loans.
- Industry Knowledge: A comprehensive understanding of the retail consumer banking business, with the ability to navigate and address customer needs in this sector.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for report generation, data analysis, and presentations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Retail Credit Risk Evaluation & Decision-Making:
- Evaluate and approve retail credit risks for consumer loan applications in accordance with the Bank's credit policies and regulatory guidelines (e.g., BSP). Ensure a balanced loan portfolio while maintaining credit quality, achieving profitability goals, and adhering to turnaround time commitments.
- Client Assistance & Support:
- Provide exceptional service by assisting clients with their loan inquiries and addressing their needs efficiently and professionally.
- Relationship Building & Networking:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal business units and external partners to facilitate collaboration, enhance business opportunities, and support overall business objectives.
