Investment Operations Analyst (US Wealth Management, Office-based)ConnectOS Mandaluyong, National Capital Region, PhilippinesSchedule: Monday – Friday (9PM - 6AM / 10PM – 7AM PHT)What are we looking for?At least 4+ years of experience in a similar role

Expertise in investment principles, asset allocation, and portfolio management

Background in banking and/or financial services industry

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPointDescriptionDraft and update client investment presentations, including performance reports and market analysis

Maintain and update forecasting models for private investment portfolios

Manage the Private Investment Database, ensuring accurate cash flow reconciliation and asset value tracking

Perform diagnostic analysis and create rebalancing plans on client portfolios; execute Monte Carlo simulations for risk assessment

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including AML/KYCCoordinate with custodians for accurate cost basis reconciliation

Manage private investment subscriptions and account openings
