Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and quality of all CAD drawings and technical documentation.

  • Standardization: Develop, maintain, and implement CAD drafting standards, ensuring compliance across all projects. Keep track of documentation standards and ensure an organized structure for softcopies and digital files.

  • Process Improvement: Continuously assess and enhance drafting workflows and procedures to increase efficiency, including the use of LISP commands and other automation tools.

  • Project Coordination: Track deadlines and deliverables, ensuring timely completion of all design documentation.

  • Training & Support: Provide guidance and training to CAD team members to enhance technical skills and adherence to standards.

  • Documentation Management: Maintain and update the CAD standards manual and softcopies to reflect industry best practices and company needs.

  • Software Management: Oversee CAD software usage, troubleshoot issues, and recommend updates or new tools as necessary.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with designers, architects, and other consultants to streamline communication and ensure alignment in project execution and schedule.

  • Team Supervision: Manage and supervise CAD teams, allocating manpower as needed to meet project requirements efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Interior Design only.

  • Proven experience in CAD management, technical drafting, or a related role.

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, and other related software.

  • Strong understanding of drafting standards, construction documentation, and industry best practices.

  • Knowledge of LISP commands and automation tools to improve workflow efficiency.

  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects efficiently.
