Stonewater is a leading social housing provider. We manage around 40,000 homes, serving 93,000 customers across our portfolio of affordable properties for general rent, shared ownership, sale and specialist accommodation. In addition, we have an ambitious house building programme.

We are looking for someone who is truly inspirational, who will work collaboratively with our board and Chief Officer Group to develop our future strategic direction.

Our new CEO will spearhead how we continue to grow our business, innovate and provide excellent services for our customers. We are a hybrid business, and you will be adept at being a visible figurehead with our employees, board, customers and stakeholders across the geography in which we operate. We need a CEO who will continue to ignite our social purpose, balancing this with our ambition to deliver innovative services for customers and local partners.

Ideally, you will be a proven chief executive from the social housing sector, or an executive director who has experience of working in a large, national housing provider. We are looking for a leader who builds relationships founded on respect, honesty and transparency. Moreover, you will be someone who isn't afraid to challenge our thinking.
