Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Finance Manager role based in Makati. The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes. This includes monitoring the organization's financial health, preparing financial statements, analyzing financial data to guide decision-making, ensuring timely regulatory compliance, and managing internal audits. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with various teams to support profitability, cost-efficiency, and the strategic growth of the company.

Qualifications

  • Strong financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting skills
  • Expertise in financial reporting, data analysis, and interpreting financial trends
  • Knowledge of accounting principles, internal audits, and regulatory compliance
  • Proficiency in using financial and accounting software tools
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Relevant accounting or finance certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
