About the role

Sodexo On-Site Services Philippines, Inc. is seeking a talented and experienced Multi Skilled Technician (with NCII) to join our team in Paranaque City, Metro Manila. As a Multi Skilled Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to ensure the smooth operation of our client's facilities. This is a full-time position located in Paranaque City.

What you'll be doing

  1. Perform routine preventative and corrective maintenance on a variety of equipment and systems
  2. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
  3. Carry out repairs and replacements as required to keep equipment and facilities functioning efficiently
  4. Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and repairs
  5. Collaborate with team members to coordinate and prioritise maintenance tasks
  6. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment
  7. Participate in ongoing training to develop and expand your technical skills

What we're looking for

  1. National Certificate II (NC II) or equivalent technical certification
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience as a multi-skilled technician or in a similar role
  3. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  4. Proficient in the use of tools, equipment, and diagnostic software
  5. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  6. Good communication and interpersonal skills
  7. Commitment to safety and a proactive approach to maintenance
