Estimating scopes in the Bill of Quantities using bid plans and site inspection findings, and identifying scopes to be discussed with clients. Identifying work items and special materials for quotations from suppliers.

Coordinating with project management, suppliers, contractors, and clients to address project needs. Implementing and supervising work execution. Documenting project progress through photos and reports for monitoring.

Preparing progress billing documents and related reports. RequirementsLicensed Engineer (PRC License required). At least 1 year of relevant work experience.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and similar programs. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of preparing communication letters in Filipino and English. Flexible, hardworking, dedicated, and eager to learn and grow in interior fit-out renovation construction.
