Project Operations Coordinator – Construction & Property Management (RTM)

Rate - $5/HOUR

Job Summary

We're looking for a Project Operations Coordinator to support our construction and property management projects. This role focuses on coordination, communication, and tracking tasks to help projects move forward on time. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

What You'll Do

  • Respond to emails and project-related messages
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal team members
  • Release and track work assignments
  • Monitor project progress and follow up on next steps
  • Update material and tracking sheets as needed
  • Submit and follow up on work orders (e.g., power, surveys, driveways)
  • Keep project records organized and up to date

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • Comfortable using Zoom Phone or similar calling tools
  • Basic experience with Salesforce or another CRM
  • Working knowledge of Google Sheets
  • Clear written and spoken English
  • Able to work independently and stay organized

  • Experience in construction or property management
  • Familiarity with work orders or vendor coordination

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php294.56 per hour
