What you'll do:

As a Website Production Specialist, you'll be part of our production team and responsible for building, maintaining, and optimising client websites. You'll work closely with our digital producers to bring website designs to life, ensuring every build is technically sound, SEO-friendly, and delivered on time.

Key responsibilities for this role includes:

  • Build new websites in WordPress using Elementor, based on supplied Figma designs.
  • Collaborate with the project manager to ensure website functionality meets client objectives.
  • Configure and customise plugins and integrations to achieve specific business requirements.
  • Implement on-page SEO best practices, including proper heading structure, metadata, internal linking, and image optimisation.
  • Optimise website performance, including load speed, caching, and mobile responsiveness.
  • Perform website QA testing to ensure cross-browser and device compatibility.
  • Maintain and update existing client websites, resolving issues as they arise.
  • Ensure adherence to project deadlines and service-level agreements (SLAs).

Successful candidates must have:

  • Proven experience in WordPress development, ideally within an agency or similar fast-paced environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of Elementor, WordPress themes, and plugins.
  • Experience with WooCommerce setup, configuration, and customisation.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic PHP within the WordPress ecosystem.
  • Understanding of SEO principles, both on-page and technical.
  • Solid grasp of website performance optimisation techniques
  • Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
  • A proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, GA4, and conversion tracking.
  • Experience with Shopify development.

Work Arrangements:

  • Schedule: 4:00 AM - 1:00 PM PHT
  • Work Setup: Work On-Site
  • Office Location: Parkway Corporate Center, Alabang, Muntinlupa City
