Overview

Picture a sales environment filled with driven, motivated, and passionate individuals committed to helping improve investors' lives. As an Account Executive, you'll connect over the phone with high-net-worth individuals who have expressed interest in Knight Strategic Wealth. Using a consultative approach, you'll learn about their goals, communicate our value, and introduce them to our services. You'll serve as the first impression of our brand—enhancing both the prospect's financial future and our firm's growth.

The Day-to-Day

  • Make a minimum of 300 dials daily.
  • Handle 4–5 live transfers per day.
  • Set 1–2 appointments per day.
  • Clearly communicate Knight's value proposition to high-net-worth investors.
  • Work with warm leads provided by our marketing team.
  • Build strong sales fundamentals while deepening your understanding of the financial services industry.
  • Play a key role in driving firm growth while supporting potential clients' financial well-being.
  • Compete in a vibrant, merit-based environment surrounded by like-minded peers.
  • Develop the skills to transition into full-cycle sales opportunities within the firm.

Successful Account Executives typically demonstrate the following:

  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Proven ability to set and achieve personal or professional goals.
  • Experience with live transfers and appointment setting.
  • Confidence in being the first impression and advocate of our brand.
  • A drive to achieve results while earning trust and building relationships.
  • An openness to mentoring and continuous learning.
