The company partners with organizations in various sectors, helping them run smoother and more efficiently through tailored, professional services We are seeking a motivated and experienced Appointment Setter to support our Head of Sales and Marketing, based in Victoria, Australia. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, making outbound calls and scheduling qualified appointments on behalf of the sales lead. This is a key role in driving our expansion efforts across Victoria and eventually other Australian states. You'll be expected to manage your own outreach strategy and take ownership of prospecting and follow-ups.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound B2B calls daily to potential clients across Australia, focusing on targeted industries (e.g., hospitality, restaurants, fitness).
  • Schedule qualified appointments per day for the Head of Sales.
  • Initiate and manage introductory email communications with leads.
  • Maintain and organize a personal leads database using Google Sheets.
  • Work from an existing database and identify new business opportunities by prospecting untapped accounts.
  • Professionally handle objections and build rapport with business owners and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate directly with the Head of Sales & Marketing, to support sales activities across different states.
