Tricog Health Corp. is dedicated to improving cardiovascular healthcare through innovative technology and on-the-ground research initiatives. We are currently seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Research Coordinator to support our Batangas City Cardiovascular Disease (CVD) Program. This role is ideal for someone with a background in public health and/or medical research who thrives in both fieldwork and coordination.

  • Serve as the Research Coordinator for the Batangas City CVD program.
  • Conduct data collection, tracking patient journeys from critical ECG case capture to follow-up care.
  • Provide on-ground technical and machine support as needed.
  • Act as the liaison between Dra. Barrion and Tricog PH to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Deploy to Batangas City on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays for field support and data collection.
  • Report and align activities with the HQ team at Makati City on Mondays and Thursdays (With allowance)
  • Execute promotional activities to encourage adoption of the program's tools and services.
  • Analyze trends, workflows, and adoption levels of each RHU (Rural Health Unit) and share best practices to improve utilization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Medical Sciences, or a related field.
  • Experience in research projects, preferably in healthcare or community-based programs.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel regularly between Batangas City and the HQ.
  • Knowledge of cardiovascular health programs is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
