Our Consumer Lending team is looking for driven and detail-oriented professionals to join us in Ortigas as a Collections Associate.

As a Collections Associate, you will play a key role in meeting collection goals while ensuring compliance with BSP and other regulatory requirements. You will handle overdue accounts through calls, letters, and SMS, process client requests such as reversals and information updates, and negotiate payment arrangements. You will also track your performance and collaborate with your team to achieve overall targets and operational excellence.

What the role will entail

  • Perform collection efforts on delinquent accounts through calls, letters, and SMS.
  • Assess and process client requests, including reversals, payment transfers, and updating of cardholder information within turnaround time.
  • Negotiate and arrange special payment schemes with customers.
  • Monitor personal productivity and implement action plans discussed with the team head.
  • Perform other related tasks as may be assigned.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's/College Degree holder.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Prior experience in collections is an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Willing to be assigned in Mandaluyong.
  • Can start immediately or within 30 days.
