AP/AR Analyst

Makati City, National Capital Region, Philippines House of Investments Inc. Full time ₱300,000 - ₱360,000 per year

1. Payment Request Management

· Validation of expense/payment request

· Review completeness and accuracy of supporting documents

· Correct and accurate translation of payment request to voucher payable document with proper applied taxes

· Timely endorsement and close coordination of requests of payment to Treasury for check preparation

· Timely filing of vouchers and corresponding documents

2. Budget and Cost Management

· Ensure request for payment is within the approved budget

· Cash advance requests are within the prescribed limit

· Monitor liquidation of cash advances within the prescribed period

· Validate liquidation report and corresponding receipts

· Timely endorsement to HR of unliquidated cash advances for salary deduction

· Immediate coordination with requestor if reimbursement of liquidation of advances are beyond allowable limit as per company policy

3. Financial Report and Compliance

· Submission of monthly schedule of expenses and payables

· Timely submission of schedule of reimbursable expenses for billing purposes

· Submission of monthly cash advance monitoring report

· Timely preparation and filing of tax returns, including corresponding reports

· Monthly bank reconciliation

· Immediate resolution of tax issues identified by Tax Compliance personnel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
