
Operations Assistant

Key Responsibilities
· Delegating work and workload planning
· Supervise employees and see to it that their jobs are done efficiently
· Prepare and submit reports as required
· Dealing with complex queries and complaints on the telephone, by email and in person
· Discussing problems with staff and officials
· Conduct employee's performance, recommends salary increase for deserving employee
· Implements company policies, rules and regulations, implements sanctions as required
· Conducts regular meeting with staffs and personnel
· Organizing the recruitment of new staff in case of vacancy
· Controlling the office budget and operational cost
· Monitor payables and receivables and see to it that the service rendered was billed accordingly
· Monitor Import / export brokerage and forwarding transactions
· Approves personnel leaves, overtime / change of time / under time, gate pass, billing statement
· Reviews request for cash advance, liquidation, purchases, payables, supplies requisitions
· Prepare and signs company correspondence, quotations and company documents
· Offer/ submit rates/ quotation to in-house clients (act as sales/ marketing)
· Attend to clients queries and concerns with regards to import/ export documentation, customs rules and procedures
· Perform other duties and assigned
Qualifications:
· Graduate of Customs Administration
· 1 - 2 years of work experience
· Excellent in verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent in organizational skills
· Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
· Diligent and works with integrity
· Willing to work in Sta Ana, Manila
