About the Role

We're working on mapping the evidence base across the world's largest wellbeing library. With over 300,000 guided meditations and tracks from more than 20,000 teachers, we're creating connections between content and the clinical research that supports it.

We need clinical psychologists to verify this work. You'll review AI-extracted evidence sources, check them against actual tracks, and flag anything that doesn't hold up. This is about ensuring every evidence reference on our platform is accurate and trustworthy.

This is part-time contract work hours per week) designed to fit around your clinical practice. You'll work independently, reviewing content and evidence at your own pace, reporting directly to our Head of AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Evidence Verification
  : Review AI-extracted evidence sources and cross-reference them against tracks, guided practices, and wellbeing content to ensure accuracy.
• Content Review
  : Verify that research citations actually support the content and practices described.
• Quality Flagging
  : Identify and flag inaccurate evidence references, mismatched citations, or questionable claims that don't align with the clinical literature.
• Academic Assessment
  : Evaluate the quality and relevance of cited research, ensuring our evidence base reflects current best practices in mental health and wellbeing.
• Documentation
  : Maintain clear records of your reviews, including specific issues found and recommendations for correction.

About You

• Clinical Credentials
  : Licensed clinical psychologist with at least 5 years of post-qualification clinical experience.
• Research Literacy
  : Strong ability to read, interpret, and evaluate academic literature and research papers. You understand study design, evidence quality, and how to assess whether research supports specific claims.
• Evidence-Based Practice
  : Deep familiarity with evidence-based approaches in psychology and mental health. Comfortable working across different therapeutic modalities and research traditions.
• Attention to Detail
  : Meticulous reviewer who spots inconsistencies and can verify whether the extracted evidence is accurate.
• Independent
  : Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule. You're reliable, thorough, and don't need hand-holding.
• Excellent English:
  Proficient English is required for the role.

Details

The contract is for a part-time hourly contractor, requiring 10-20 hours per week. This is a fully remote position for a candidate based in the Philippines, and offers flexibility to work around your existing clinical practice on your own schedule.
