Job Description

The role is responsible for managing daily clinic operations and delivering comprehensive occupational health and nursing services to employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily clinic operations and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements (DOLE, OSH, health and safety standards).
  • Provide outpatient nursing care, first aid, and emergency treatment for work-related injuries and illnesses.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential medical records, including patient encoding and documentation.
  • Support the company physician during annual medical examinations and prepare required medical reports when needed.
  • Prepare, track, and submit statutory and regulatory reports (e.g., DOLE Annual Medical Report, work-related illness and accident data).
  • Oversee the clinic patient management system and generate standard utilization and medical reports.
  • Facilitate employee wellness programs, health education sessions, vaccinations, and medical advisories.
  • Review pre-employment medical examination (PEME) results and provide health recommendations for new hires.
  • Participate in occupational safety and health (OSH) programs and company health initiatives.
  • Handle clinic-related communications and perform other wellness, health, and safety-related duties as assigned.
