Join a fast-moving team that helps power the future of telecom BCM One is looking for a Client Onboarding Specialist to support our ECommerce Sales team by making sure our reseller partners have a seamless experience from day one. The Client Onboarding Specialist will be the bridge between our internal sales teams and our reseller partners and customers. This role is designed to make our resellers and customers successful beginning on Day 1. You'll ensure that accounts are set up correctly, billing configurations are accurate to the contract agreements/SLAs, while training resellers and customers on all relevant billing systems and portals. This role will own full lifecycle of the onboarding process from start to finish.

Work Locations:

This position will be hybrid based out of our office in Makati City, Philippines. We are typically in the office 3 days per week with WFH the other 2 days. This is subject to change based on the demands of the position and company. This position must live and be authorized to work in the Philippines; it is not eligible for relocation or sponsorship.

Hours:

Night Shift - 9pm to 6am local. (9am to 6pm Eastern US business hours.)

What You Will Do:

  • Manage data entry, oversee order processing, ticket creation/follow through, and onboarding training.
  • Review dealer account setups, billing profiles, permission settings, and invoices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to review and verify billing configurations; work to resolve issues within required SLAs.
  • Own and maintain onboarding trackers, cheat sheets, and checklists to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Support the porting and number setup process by owning communication between internal teams and external customers or resellers. Manage follow ups to all teams and customers consistently and professionally.
  • Monitor and resolve issues related to bundles and plan upgrades.

You'll be successful here if you can work independently, stay proactive, communicate concisely, and juggle multiple onboarding and billing processes with ease.

What You Will Need:

  • At least 3 years of experience in onboarding or billing, with customer support.
  • Experience in telecom or medical billing is preferred.
  • Experience with ticket systems like ZenDesk, AutoTask, or other RT systems is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail — accuracy is key in this role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, and CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot)
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to follow complex instructions, work under pressure, and deliver to tight deadlines
