JOB SUMMARY: The Operations Assistant (Inventory) helps manage and organize the business inventory or company assets through inspecting shipments, recording deliveries, and checking inventory routinely. They collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure that receivable items arrive in good condition and match the expected quantity.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Receiving and inspecting incoming shipments.
  • Recording details of received items, such as names, numbers, and descriptions.
  • Maintaining a neat and organized inventory storage area.
  • Using labels or barcodes to identify and locate items.
  • Monitoring inventory levels and notifying officers when supplies are running low.
  • Conduct inventory counts or audits to ensure accuracy.
  • Report inventory-related issues to immediate supervisor and collaborate with other teams to resolve concerns.
  • Keeping inventory records up to date and accurate.
  • Assisting with inventory analysis and reporting as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1-2 years of warehousing or inventory experience (required: basic inbound and outbound knowledge – documents, process, filing)
  • Remove - Physically-fit and can-do tasks like lifting and moving heavy boxes
  • Computer literate and can use Microsoft Office tools (good to have: pivot, required: knowledge of basic functions and formulas)
  • Detail-oriented and is a team player
  • Knowledge of warehousing concepts like receiving and encoding
  • Good to have: 5S knowledge
  • Good to have: proximity,
  • Associate level

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
