DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Encoding of all incoming and outgoing inventory transactions

- Perform Physical Count in the warehouse and store locations

- Validating if all transactions are properly documented and received

- Coordinating with warehouse and store personnel for any discrepancy or documentation problems

- Help in the inventory reconciliation.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor Degree in any 4 year course, Accounting graduate an advantage.

- 1-2 years relevant experience in the same industry not required but an advantage.

- Good Analytical and Problem Solving Skills.

- Ability to work in a collaborative environment

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications a plus.

- Keen to details and with experience in any Accounting or ERP system

- Must be detail-oriented.

- Need strong clerical skills to help them with their organizational and recording responsibilities.
