  • Inspect and verify mechanical installations such as HVAC systems, piping, fire protection, and plumbing.
  • Implement and monitor QC procedures and Inspection Test Plans (ITPs).
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, ASME, ASTM, ISO, and local codes.
  • Prepare inspection reports, test records, and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
  • Review and approve method statements, material submittals, and shop drawings.
  • Maintain logs for inspections, tests, and corrective actions.
  • Liaise with site engineers, contractors, and consultants to resolve quality issues.
  • Supervise mechanical subcontractors to ensure work is executed per approved plans.
  • Participate in internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of findings.
  • Review mechanical drawings and specifications for constructability and compliance.
  • Witness and verify pressure tests, welding inspections, and equipment installations
