BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for production planning and scheduling of Roller Production.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan

  1. Receive and review Delivery Schedule /Purchase Order Summary for Printer Roller Production from Customer Service Section.

  2. Determine necessary parameters for planning and scheduling of Printer Roller Production like machine conditions, materials, boxes, etc.

Do

  1. Make production plan and schedule jobs for Printer Roller and other items as assigned by superior.

  2. Assist in company activity that can affect productivity.

  3. Participate in EMS activities and programs.

  4. Maintenance of 8'S in work area and solid waste management

Check

  1. Monitor if the actual stock inventory level of relevant Printer Roller items can comply with the actual purchase order from customer (Finished Goods and Raw Materials).

Act

  1. Assist in resolving given issues relating to materials and processes.

  2. Extend working time whenever needed.

  3. Give feedback to the Purchasing Section in case of discrepancies with the materials.

  4. Give feedback to Customer Service Section in case of discrepancies with the quantity.

LIMITS & AUTHORITY

Duties and responsibilities should be performed only in the designated area.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Industrial Engineering Graduate

  2. Female/Male

  3. Computer Literate, knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.

  4. Knowledge in time and motion study

  5. Knowledge in production planning and scheduling

  6. Analytic, attentive to details and with problem solving skills

  7. Hardworking, willing to work anytime whenever needed

  8. Good Moral Character

  9. Have the ability to work under pressure and can work with minimal supervision.
