We are hiring for the Operations Department and are currently looking for a Dialer Administrator.
Core Responsibilities
Dialer Configuration & Management
- Configure, manage, and maintain outbound dialing platforms such as Five9, Genesys, NICE, Noble, and SmartReach.
- Set up campaigns, call lists, workflows, and dialing strategies aligned with business goals and client requirements.
- Manage user accounts, roles, access controls, and campaign prioritization.
Campaign Optimization
- Monitor daily system performance, connect rates, call pacing, and agent availability to maximize utilization and efficiency.
- Analyze dialer reports, KPIs, and performance trends to adjust campaign strategies.
- Implement A/B tests, dialing rule adjustments, and optimization tactics to improve productivity.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure all outbound dialing activities comply with regulatory standards such as TCPA, DNC lists, and relevant client or internal guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and updated campaign data while ensuring adherence to compliance requirements.
Technical Support & Issue Resolution
- Troubleshoot dialer-related issues and coordinate with IT, vendors, or platform support teams as needed.
- Perform regular system audits, maintenance checks, and updates to ensure system stability and performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Call Center Operations, Workforce Management, Quality, and Compliance teams to ensure dialer strategies support operational targets.
- Provide insights and recommendations to leadership on dialing performance, resource allocation, and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, or related field (preferred but not required).
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Dialer Administrator, Dialer Specialist, or in a related call center operations role.
- Hands-on experience using SmartReach for outbound dialing campaign creation, optimization, troubleshooting, and reporting.
- Proficiency with outbound dialer systems such as Five9, Genesys, NICE, or Noble.
- Strong understanding of call routing logic, dialer strategies, and workflow configuration.
- Knowledge of TCPA, DNC regulations, and compliance requirements related to dialing operations.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Willing to work the night shift to support U.S. operational needs.
