We are seeking a skilled Dialer Administrator / Communication Channel Administrator to manage and optimize our communication systems, including dialers, IVR, email, and SMS strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience with the Webitel Dialer platform and a strong background in implementing effective digital contact strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

· Dialer Management: Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the Webitel Dialer system to ensure efficient call handling and maximize agent productivity.

· IVR Implementation: Design and implement Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems to enhance customer experience and streamline call routing.

· Digital Contact Strategies: Develop and execute effective email and SMS communication strategies to engage customers and improve response rates.

· System Monitoring: Regularly monitor system performance, analyze data, and generate reports to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.

· Compliance Assurance: Ensure all communication systems and strategies comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.

· Technical Support: Provide technical support and training to staff on the use of communication systems and tools.

Qualifications:

· Experience: At least 3 years in a similar role within a collection agency, BPO, or call center environment.

· Technical Skills: Proficiency with the Webitel Dialer platform is highly desirable. Experience with IVR systems, email marketing tools, and SMS communication platforms.

· Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

· Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions.

· Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with communication regulations and best practices in the industry.

· Onsite Availability: Role will function on an onsite work set up on a 6 day work-schedule.
