JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

  • Prepares detailed cost estimates and budgets for interior Fit-Out projects by reviewing plans, specifications, and site conditions.
  • Handles quantity take-offs and cost breakdowns for architectural finishes, MEPF works, furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
  • Evaluates materials, and purchase offers based on project scope and requirements.
  • Resolves cost discrepancies by analyzing documentation and coordinating with suppliers or site teams.
  • Estimate the quantity and costs of materials
  • Prepare contracts and documents
  • Set budgets for payments, inventory needs, and materials
  • Track changes in plans or constructions; update budgets
  • Negotiate and prepare payments with contractors and subcontractors
  • Hire and document contractors and subcontractors
  • Act as a liaison between clients and site managers/engineers
  • Advise clients on improvements, strategies, and/or estimated costs
  • Document progress, materials, and reports on project
  • Prepares and presents project budgets, proposals, and reports to management and/or clients.
  • Supports project bidding by preparing tender documents and cost analyses.
  • Visits project sites as needed for measurements, inspections, or verifications.
  • Monitors progress of projects against budget and advises on necessary cost adjustments.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in cost estimation or quantity surveying.
  • Strong knowledge in construction materials, methods, and interior Fit-Out works.
  • Excellent skills in reading and interpreting plans, technical drawings, and specifications.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, or estimating software
  • Strong analytical, mathematical, and communication skills.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: Php24, Php30,000.00 per month
