Document Controller

About the role

RSL Food Product is looking for a skilled Document Controller to join our team in Paradahan I Tanza Cavite. As a Document Controller, you will be responsible for managing, organising and maintaining all company documents and records in an efficient and compliant manner. This is a full-time role that plays a crucial part in supporting the overall operations and administration of our growing business.

What you'll be doing

• Implementing and maintaining document control systems and procedures to ensure the effective and secure management of all company records
• Organising and categorising documents and files according to established policies and procedures
• Scanning, indexing and archiving physical documents in both digital and physical storage
• Responding to internal and external requests for documents and information in a timely manner
• Providing support and training to staff on document control processes and best practices
• Monitoring and auditing document control systems to identify and resolve any issues or non-conformances
• Collaborating with various departments to ensure document control requirements are met

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a document control or records management role, preferably within the administration or office support industry
• Strong working knowledge of document control principles, procedures and best practices
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail
• Proficient in the use of document management software, Microsoft Office and other relevant IT systems
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data security
