Job Summary

The Planning and Control Coordinator is responsible for monitoring, scheduling, and coordinating production and project activities to ensure that resources, manpower, and materials are efficiently utilized. The role ensures that all projects and fabrication jobs are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client requirements and company standards.


Key Responsibilities
Planning & Scheduling
  • Prepare, update, and monitor production/project schedules.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Design, Procurement, and Production teams for accurate planning.
  • Ensure timelines are realistic and aligned with client deadlines.
Monitoring & Control
  • Track daily progress of fabrication, installation, and advertising projects.
  • Monitor use of manpower, materials, and machines.
  • Identify bottlenecks, delays, or risks and recommend corrective actions.
  • Maintain records of work orders, job requests, and project milestones.
Coordination & Communication
  • Act as the central point of communication between departments regarding project timelines and priorities.
  • Ensure that stakeholders are informed of project status, issues, and updates.
  • Coordinate with logistics for delivery schedules and site readiness.
Reporting & Documentation
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports for management.
  • Maintain updated records of project timelines, variances, and accomplishments.
  • Provide input for continuous improvement in planning and scheduling processes.
Compliance & Quality
  • Ensure adherence to ISO, GOST, and company standards.
  • Promote safe work practices and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2–3 years experience in production planning, project coordination, or operations (preferably in advertising, construction, or manufacturing).
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of planning software is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
