About the role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team at CEBU NEW WAVE RECRUITMENT, INC.'. This is a full-time position based in Mandaue City Cebu, offering a virtual process to provide exceptional customer support to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound and outbound calls to address customer inquiries and concerns
  2. Providing prompt and efficient service to ensure customer satisfaction
  3. Documenting and tracking customer interactions to maintain accurate records
  4. Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and suggest process enhancements
  5. Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance
  6. Collaborating with team members to share best practices and improve overall performance

What we're looking for

  1. At least 3 months of experience in a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) or call centre environment
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and empathetic manner
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer concerns
  4. Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications to handle customer inquiries
  5. A positive attitude, commitment to providing exceptional customer service, and a willingness to learn and grow within the organisation
