About the role

This is a full-time Customer Service Representative role based in Cebu City, Cebu. As part of the H.M.O. INTERNATIONAL RECRUITMENT INC.' team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients through virtual communications and processes.

What you'll be doing

  1. Answering incoming calls and emails from customers in a timely and professional manner
  2. Resolving customer queries and concerns through empathetic and effective communication
  3. Documenting customer interactions and following up on open cases
  4. Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and suggest process improvements
  5. Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance

What we're looking for

  1. At least 1 month of prior experience in a BPO or call centre environment
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
  3. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to resolve customer issues effectively
  4. Proficiency in using computer systems and various software applications
  5. A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  6. Fluency in English, both written and verbal
