About the Role:

We are looking for an R&D Specialist who will support product innovation, process improvement, and regulatory compliance. The role involves close collaboration with Production and Quality Assurance teams to ensure new products and improvements meet company standards and deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and improve product formulations to support innovation and profitability.
  • Record trial results, product specifications, and formulation details.
  • Conduct evaluation and testing of new and existing products.
  • Research current trends and recommend techniques or process improvements.
  • Collaborate with Production and QA teams to ensure compliance with processes and standards.
  • Validate first production runs of new or reformulated products.
  • Prepare technical reports and presentations on R&D activities.
  • Monitor government regulations to ensure compliance with labeling and formulation requirements.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Food Technology, Nutrition, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an R&D or QA Specialist.
  • Knowledge of product formulation, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
  • Technical knowledge in HACCP, GMP, or related certifications is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including reporting and documentation.
  • Detail-oriented, innovative, and able to work independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
