Key Responsibilities:

  1. Production Planning:

 Develop and maintain accurate production schedules based on sales forecasts,

inventory levels, and material availability.

 Coordinate with production teams to ensure that production runs are aligned with

customer demand.

 Monitor and adjust production schedules as necessary to address delays,

shortages, or changes in customer requirements.

  1. Inventory Control:

 Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet production and customer demands

while minimizing excess stock.

 Track raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods inventory to ensure

accurate stock levels.

  1. Demand Forecasting:

 Work with the sales to gather and analyze customer demand data.

 Prepare and maintain demand forecasts to help inform production planning and

inventory management strategies.

  1. Supply Chain Coordination:

 Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure the availability of

materials for production.

 Coordinate with warehouse and distribution teams to ensure smooth transfer of

finished goods to customers.

  1. Data Management and Reporting:

 Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, production schedules, and supply

chain performance.

 Generate regular reports on inventory status, production progress, and order

fulfillment to management.

 Resolve inventory discrepancies, production delays, and other operational

challenges in a timely and effective manner.

 Conduct TMS and analyze capacity in the production process.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
